Batman – Gotham City Build

Hey guys! Hope you like our Batman / Gotham City build, which we’ve created with some of the designs we shared with you last week.

The short video of the build shows how we built it up in layers:

The black skyline; bat signal; grey skyline for the background. Once that was complete, we built a small ‘rooftop’ in the foreground and set Robin and Joker up in a fight. Once Joker was complete we were able to work out a good position for ‘flying Batman’ to be attacking him from above to save Robin!

To finish the space, we block filled the whole area with the ‘skyline’ and ‘rooftop’ grey concrete and flat built some fun comic book fight words, inspired by the retro Batman designs shared previously, to give it that real Adam West feel! 🙂

Here are the designs we used that haven’t been shared before, and some of the images we built from as ideas, in case you want to create your own Gotham City.

Happy building!

All the designs used in the ‘weapons’ build have been posted to the blog as well as some extra ones, so if you want to try yourself, there are some easy to use block designs on here – let us know how you get on if you try the build yourself!
